1) Tell the truth…all the time.
2) Do something different every day.
3) Go to bed before midnight.
4) Stop smoking and eating dairy.
5) Play music you love loud and sing.
6) Go outside and see something beautiful.
7) Get lost…literally.
8) Go to the beach/park/zoo/museum…some place in nature or around art.
9) Do 90 yoga classes in 90 days.
10) Smile/laugh/love often.
