The Year is more than half over!

How are you doing with the goals you have for 2013?  It is not too late….it only takes 21 days to create a new habit small steps lead to great changes…start now for example….practice exhaling to a count of 6, inhaling for 4…and repeat.   The mind like to engage in chatter…when we give the mind a bone…the committee chatter goes away…free your mind even for a moment…time waits for no one, and it won’t wait for thee….(Have you heard that before?)
