Refresh yourself with rest, meditation and learn how to balance your Chakra Energy. This Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga), deep relaxation workshop is a great way to refresh yourself with rest, meditation and reflection in only 1 hour! THIS EVENT DOES SELL OUT.

Therapist and Yogi, Dr. Kathy Shafer, will talk you through the steps to get to a meditative state. Each class will focus on a specific Chakra or Season. It’s all part of her YogaFun(TM) program, designed to examine and explore habitual ways of responding to stress through movement, standing and balancing postures, and breathing exercises to calm the mind and relax the body.

In November, we’ll focus on Gratitude and help you learn to Be Your Own Nurturing Parent!
